For ready-to-ship toys, 100% prepayment is required. For OEM/ODM orders, we require a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% before shipment.
3. Are the materials environmentally friendly?
Yes, we use non-toxic raw materials and water-based lacquers. FSC-certified materials are also available upon request.
4. Do you offer sample services?
We provide sample services for both our ready designs and customized designs. The typical lead time is approximately 7 to 15 days.
5. What is the MOQ for OEM/ODM products?
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom OEM/ODM products is 1000 pieces per item.
6. What is your product warranty policy?
We guarantee that products are qualified upon receipt. If there are any issues, please provide detailed information (pictures, batch codes, etc.) so we can resolve the problem quickly.
