How to proceed with the sample and what is the sample time?
For customized products, you can provide your design file to us. Our designing team will help you on the design details for OEM&ODM products, normally taking about 1 week. For stock items, we offer fast and free samples within 3 days.
How to ship the order to us?
We support FOB, CIF, CFR conditions via sea port. We also provide DDP service (sea, train, air) to your address directly including tax costs. Express delivery like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX is also available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on the order itself. Our experienced sales team will quote you the production time before you place the order to ensure you have accurate information.
