What are the available trade terms and payment methods?
We support trade terms such as FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW. Payment can be made via T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, Paypal, or Western Union.
What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
Sampling typically takes 7-15 days. For ODM/OEM orders, the delivery time is approximately 45-55 days.
How do you handle product warranties and damaged items?
We guarantee the quality of our products. If any parts are broken upon receipt, please send us detailed photos by email, and we will provide replacements based on the actual conditions.
How are my designs and legal rights protected?
We can sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to protect your designs and ensure they are not sold to others. For large orders, we also offer exclusive production agreements.
Are your materials environmentally friendly and certified?
Yes, we use professional and certified materials. We comply with FSC regulations for sustainability and conduct monthly batch testing on our paints through Intertek. We also maintain our own safety labs.
Which ports do you use for shipment?
Our primary loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. Shipments can be arranged by sea, air, or express.
