Product Warranty: We guarantee the products customers received are qualified. If any broken parts, please send us detailed photos by email, and then we will send you the replacements according to actual conditions. Products have been insured worldwide since 2017.

Design Protection: We sign NDAs to protect your designs and do not sell them to others. For large orders, we also agree to sign exclusive agreements for your company.

Environment & Sustainability: Professional and certificated materials have been used since 2008. We send special batch paint for SGS testing monthly and maintain our own safety labs. We comply with FSC regulations for a sustainable and eco-friendly approach (available with 8% additional cost).
