We are a professional manufacturer of wooden toys. We have our own production facilities and welcome global customers to visit our showroom. While we produce the majority of our wooden toys in-house, we also assist with sourcing related products through our trusted network.
How do you handle sample requests and what is the lead time?
Simply provide your design files (AI or clear formats). Sampling usually takes about 7 days. We offer free samples for simple items, while more complex products requiring molds may have a cost that is refundable upon placing an order. We provide video verification before shipping samples.
What are the available shipping methods?
We offer comprehensive shipping solutions: Sea freight to your nearest port, Air freight to your local airport, and Express delivery (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX). We also specialize in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services via sea, air, train, or truck for a hassle-free experience.
Can you produce custom designs or help with development?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM customization. If you don't have a finished design document, our in-house designers can help you complete the artwork and create new product concepts according to your requirements.
How long does it take to receive a full order?
The lead time depends on the complexity of the project. Standard turnaround time from artwork approval is typically 5 to 7 working days for processing. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact our sales representatives to discuss expedited options.
